4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a technical error occurs. If a betting market closes before an event begins, no further bets will be accepted.

If a bet remains incomplete due to a software or connection issue, baji games will review it. baji games reserves the right to void any transaction where incorrect odds or payouts were given due to a clear technical error.
6.3 Sports Betting
Specific market rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket events, as well as football and other sports. baji games will determine how a market is settled if a match is cancelled or rescheduled.
6.4 Casino Games
RTP (Return to Player) applies to slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games. The RTP for each game is shown on the relevant game page. No specific win or amount can be guaranteed — all games are entirely random.
7. VIP Program
7.1 Tiers and Benefits
The baji games VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
7.2 Tier Changes
Advancement in VIP tiers depends on continued active participation. If there is insufficient activity during a given period, the tier may be reassessed.
8. User Code of Conduct
8.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit bonus offers.
- Placing bets from or assisting in operating another person's account.
- Attempting unauthorised access to any software or system on the platform.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Harassing other users or staff.
